How You Can Protect Your Personal Space

We all know that we have our own personal space, or as some people like to call it their personal "bubble." This is  a space that is a "comfort zone that deals with the distance that we each have for physical and emotional interactions with people." An example of someone invading your personal space would be, "a roommate who "barrows" your clothes without asking, and returns them damaged or never returns them." You personal space is yours and your should be able to protect it. F. Diane Barth L.C.S.W., a contributor writer for Psychology Today says that your personal space is important and you should protect it. Barth also has some tips to help you do so:
