People who don't have anxiety may not fully understand the thoughts that go through the mind of someone who has anxiety. Anxiety is hard for the person who has it, and it can also take a toll on loved ones. One of the hardest things that the loved ones struggle with is what to say. Holmes says there are few helpful things you can say to someone who has anxiety.
