Anxiety is a normal feeling that everyone feels at some point in their life. Those with an anxiety disorder feel the effects of anxiety on a regular basis and when there is nothing going on that should cause the feelings of anxiety. Having a friend or family member who has an anxiety disorder can sometimes be difficult to be around, because even just saying the wrong thing could make them feel anxious. Jennifer Rollin, a Mental Health Therapist and contributor writer for the Huffington Post, says there are four main things you should never say to someone who has an anxiety disorder.
