Anxiety is a completely natural feeling to have. Most everyone feels anxiety to some extent at some point in their life. However, there are some people who feel anxiety when there is no reason to. There are also different types of anxiety. One type of anxiety is social anxiety, which is when people feel extreme fear about social interactions. - They imagine embarrassing themselves
- They avoid situations in which they'll be judged
- They only feel comfortable with a few specific people
- They worry about other people that will notice fear
- They experience specific social fears
- They criticize their own social skills
- Their thoughts often become a self-fulfilling prophecy
