There are so many things that can cause depression, but what gets rid of it? Daniel's first suggestion is to hit the gym. He further explains that exercise releases "feel good" brain chemicals which help fight depression. His next suggestion is to create a routine because in his words, "if you fail to plan, you plan to fail."
