Why do We Get Angry?

Anger is a feeling that everyone experiences. An article on mind.org.uk explains that anger is our way of responding to unfair treatment, being attacked, or even frustration. In addition anger helps us identify what is hurting us, as well as helps motivate us to change. As can be seen, anger is not always a bad thing. For example, the article also states that anger gives us a burst of energy so that we are able to defend our selves when in danger.
